The Improve Group regularly creates a variety of reporting products for our clients. From 1-pager infographics to long-form reports documenting extensive research, we respond to each project based on audience needs. These products typically get formatted as PDF files or Word documents, sent via email attachment into client and participant inboxes, to perhaps be referenced and searched for “that one time.” Inevitably, that annual grant report gets saved to a server, taking up space.
